Dr. Roland Holou allows his customers to return any goods to us within 7 days of purchase for whatever reason. To be accepted, the goods must be in their original condition and include all items.
A request must first be made in writing (e.g. via email) to our address at rolandholou.com/contact. The request must include your Full Name, the date and order number of the order, and the reason you are returning the goods. Once the return request has been authorized/accepted by our staff, we will let you know so you send the items back to us. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are at your expense and are NOT refundable nor covered by us. Please do not return any items unless your request to do so is accepted.
